Hi, I'm Jemma
I’m a fully qualified (Level 3 Professional Dog Grooming) and insured Dog Groomer based in Harpenden, offering gentle, one-to-one grooming in a calm and caring environment.

After several years working in London, I chose to pursue something more meaningful and close to my heart by creating a grooming space focused on the comfort, wellbeing, and individual needs of every dog.

The Signature Full Groom
​
This service includes two warm baths using iGroom shampoo. Your dog will then receive a thorough brush out and blow dry, followed by full body styling using clipping and/or scissoring techniques.. Finishing touches include cleaning of the ears and hygeine area, along with nail trimming.

De-Shedding Mud Treatment - from £10–£15
A deeply nourishing upgrade using Peanut & Pickle de-shedding mud, designed to gently release excess undercoat while restoring moisture to the skin and coat.

Recommended for double-coated and heavier coats, seasonal shedding, or dogs that need a little extra care.
Bath & Tidy
​
Perfect for maintaining neatness and hygiene without the need for a full groom. This service includes two warm baths using iGroom shampoo, a thorough brush through with nail trimming.
Ideal for regular upkeep between appointments.

The Smooth Coat Groom

This service focuses on skin health, coat condition, and removing loose hair. Includes two warm baths using iGroom shampoo, a thorough blow dry, de-shedding brush, with nail care and ear cleaning.

Perfect for short-coated breeds that don’t require clipping.

The Puppy Introduction Groom
​
A gentle introduction to grooming, designed to help your puppy feel calm, safe, and comfortable.
This session focuses on building confidence through a positive experience, including a light bath using iGroom Oh, So Gentle Shampoo (Fragrance-Free), gentle drying, a soft brush through, and introduction to handling around the face, feet, and body. Nail care and a small tidy may be included where appropriate.
Ideal for puppies up to 6 months old, helping to create a relaxed foundation for future grooming.

Puppy Package (recommended)
A series of three gentle sessions designed to gradually introduce your puppy to grooming and build confidence over time.​
